One Evening. Two Kinds of Health.

A long, well-lived retirement asks two things of you: a mind that stays sharp and money that doesn't run out. This relaxed, education-first evening — co-hosted by Lithos and Mike Gelfgot of Activate Brain & Body Fitness — brings both together in one room. No pressure, no pitch from the stage, and plenty of space for the questions people are often afraid to ask. You'll leave with a clearer picture and a simple checklist, whether or not we ever work together.

What You'll Take Away

An Evening in Three Parts

🧠
01 · Your Mind

How the brain ages — and what helps.

💰
02 · Your Money

What a long retirement really costs.

A plain-English look at the real numbers behind healthcare, longevity, and the risk of outliving your savings — and the everyday planning tools families use to prepare for both.

📋
03 · Your Plan

Walk out with a checklist.

You'll leave with a simple health-and-wealth checklist you can act on at your own pace. Optional 1-on-1 conversations are available afterward for anyone who wants them — no obligation, no pressure.
