Presented by LITHOS with Rahul Agarwal, CPA · Lithos Tax Advisory

You Run the Practice. Who's Running the Strategy?

Most physicians and dentists spend years mastering their craft — and almost none on the tax and financial machinery behind the practice that pays for it. This education-first evening pairs Lithos with CPA Rahul Agarwal of Lithos Tax Advisory to walk through the moves practice owners most often miss: entity structure and depreciation on the CPA side; practice liability, key-staff benefits, and personal wealth accumulation on ours. Plain English, no pitch from the stage, and a checklist you can take to your own advisors.

What You'll Take Away

Three Sides of a Practice Owner's Strategy

🏛️
01 · Entity & Depreciation

The CPA side, in plain English.

With Rahul Agarwal, CPA: how practice entity choices (PC, PLLC, S-corp) shape your tax bill, and how equipment write-offs like Section 179, bonus depreciation, and cost segregation are commonly used by practice owners to plan ahead.

🛡️
02 · Protect the Practice

Liability, staff, and continuity.

The exposures unique to a practice — malpractice-adjacent risk, asset protection, and disability/key-person coverage — plus benefit structures that help retain the staff your practice depends on.

📈
03 · Build Personal Wealth

Turn practice income into net worth.

How high-earning owners approach retirement plan design, tax-efficient accumulation, and an eventual practice transition or sale — so the value you build in the practice shows up in your personal balance sheet, too.

Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this really free?+
Yes. There is no cost to attend, no purchase required, and no obligation. Lithos hosts this seminar as part of our commitment to financial education for practice owners.
Will there be a sales pitch?+
No. This is an educational seminar built to help you ask your own CPA, attorney, and advisors better questions. Optional 1-on-1 reviews are available afterward for anyone who wants them — no live product pitch, no pressure.
Who is presenting the tax content?+
The entity-structure and depreciation portions are led by Rahul Agarwal, CPA, of Lithos Tax Advisory. The practice-protection and wealth-accumulation portions are led by the Lithos advisory team. It's a genuine CPA-plus-advisor conversation.
Which cities and dates are available?+
Three evenings, all at 6:30 PM ET: Carmel, IN (Wed, Aug 26), Columbus, IN (Thu, Aug 27), and Chicago, IL (Sat, Aug 29). Every date is also available on Zoom — just choose your format on the RSVP form.
What's the difference between in-person and Zoom?+
Same content, same time. In-person attendees get printed take-home materials and face-to-face Q&A; Zoom attendees receive the materials digitally and the join link by email after they RSVP. Both include live Q&A.
Can I bring my practice partner, spouse, or office manager?+
Please do — the best decisions here get made together. Reply to your confirmation email with the names of any guests so we can save seats (in-person) or add them to the Zoom invite.
Do I earn continuing-education (CE) credit?+
This is an educational seminar, not an accredited CE course, so no formal CE credit is offered. It's designed to sharpen how you think about the tax and financial side of practice ownership.
